An active participant in the development of the ATM industry, Floyd has more than 25-years of experience in transaction and payment processing. In the last decade, Floyd has led the high-growth efforts of two of the nation’s Top 10 organizations in the eCommerce and payments processing industries – as executive vice president of Affiliated Computer Services (NYSE:ACS) Electronic Commerce Group, at that time, the Country’s third largest ATM deployer providing ATM driving and card authorization products, and most recently, as the Chief Operating Officer of the GTCR Golder Rauner L.L.C. portfolio company, TransFirst Holdings, Inc., the Country’s 9th largest payment processing organization, with over $22 billion in annual sales volume, delivering specialized merchant acquiring services to over 160,000 merchants.

Floyd’s background encompasses business management and growth strategy execution for a wide range of financial industry services including traditional bank data processing and outsourcing services, ATM driving, card products and merchant processing services. While gaining over 25-years of day-to-day management in a variety of roles running operations, P&L management, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, vendor management and technical solutions, Floyd has also supported expansive growth via acquisition and integration of a multitude of acquired companies. Floyd has a particular expertise in strategic acquisitions that maximize an organization’s growth through unique vertical market initiatives.

Recognized by the industry’s premier trade association group, The Electronic Transactions Association Transaction Trends Magazine in 2005 as the “Acquiring Acquirer”, Floyd has experience in all operating aspects of growth by acquisition including qualification of acquisition prospects and targets, due diligence, synergy planning and implementation, investment memorandum and model preparation, management and finance committee preparation/presentation, and integration planning/management. During Floyd’s tenure with TransFirst, she managed efforts that resulted in consistent top and bottom line growth while expanding profitability from 20.1% in 2001 to 31.5% in 2005. For the same time period, TransFirst gross revenues grew from $82 million to $602 million, representing a 64% 4-year CAGR with EBITDA growth in excess of 80% CAGR.

As the Operating Partner for Anvil Investments, L.L.C. and the CEO of Anvil Advisory Services, Floyd leads the firm’s management consulting practice focusing on the transaction and payment processing sectors as well as provides business development and advisory services in support of the company’s M&A offerings. In this role, Floyd is incubating a specialized consumer Internet company leveraging social networking technology with collaborative publishing and eCommerce platforms. shuzsociety.com, launched in 2007 is an online magazine, comparison shopping engine and social networking platform developed for the footwear industry.

Floyd is a member of the Electronic Transactions Association’s W.Net organization, participating as a mentor in their management development program. She serves on the Cavalier Club, benefiting the State Fair of Texas and surrounding Dallas Independent School District campuses and is an affiliate of TexChange, technology entrepreneurs. Floyd also participates on numerous fund raising committees supporting organizations including The Turtle Creek Manor and Attitudes & Attire, Dallas-based self-sufficiency programs, and Soles4Sole, a global footwear relief organization.
